Your business shouldn’t run on a group text.

I build small, sturdy apps that take over the spreadsheet, the clipboard and the endless thread, so the busywork stops landing on you. One developer, fixed-price quotes.

The first conversation and the quote are free.

Sound familiar?

These are the jobs that quietly eat a week. Each one has a better home.

  • The sign-up sheet lives on a clipboard by the door.

    Booking and memberships

Customers sign up from their phone, and you can see who’s coming without counting names.

  • Orders arrive by text, DM and phone call, and you copy them into a list.

    Online ordering

Customers order on their own, from an account that remembers them. Every order lands in one place, ready to prep.

  • The spreadsheet only one person really understands.

    Replacing manual processes

The steps you repeat every week become a simple tool that keeps its own records, instead of relying on someone’s memory.

  • Your customers would use an app, if you had one.

    Web and mobile apps

Apps that run in any browser and can be installed on a phone’s home screen, for your customers or your staff.

Not sure software is the answer?

That’s a good place to start. Technical consulting means we work out what the real problem is, and whether software is the right fix, before anything gets built.

Things I’ve built

Two client projects and one of my own. The pictures are drawings of the kinds of screens involved, with made-up names and data. They aren’t screenshots.

Client project

Gym member app

A progressive web app for a small gym. Members sign up for classes from their phone, and the owner runs the business side from theirs.

  • Membership tiers and class types
  • Class sign-ups with pricing rules
  • A payment ledger the owner manages from a phone
  • Push-notification class reminders

Client project

Meal-prep ordering

An online ordering app for a meal-prep business. Customers have accounts and place their own orders, which are saved to a hosted database instead of being collected by hand.

  • Customer accounts
  • Online ordering
  • Orders kept in a hosted database

Personal project

wordduel.fun

A head-to-head word game for the browser. Two players pick each other’s words and play it out in rounds. It installs on a phone like an app.

Play wordduel.fun
